T-Rex: Books are largely classified into two buckets, and before anyone interrupts me, let me say that these buckets are FICTION and non-fiction.
God: PROCEED
T-Rex: Thank you!
T-Rex: But what I propose is that these categories are RESTRICTIVE and REDUCTIVE. Who says we can't have a book of nonfiction with a few SECRET LIES sprinkled in here or there?
Dromiceiomimus: Oh those definitely exist, though usually by accident. That's why authors pay for fact-checkers.
T-Rex: Fair point!
T-Rex: Okay, but what about fiction with some FACTS sprinkled in?
Utahraptor: You can have that too!
Utahraptor: There's lots of genres of fiction based on facts: alternate histories, historical dramas, even science fiction. Turns out labels, like any classification systems, are just useful ontologies with obvious edge cases!!
T-Rex: Dang it man!!
T-Rex: How can I get worked up about something when everyone gives REASONABLE and THOUGHTFUL RESPONSES to everything I say??
Off panel: That would make it more difficult, and if that was your goal then I apologize.
