T-Rex: I have developed an unintentionally but absolutely sincere visceral repulsion to AI-generated stories! I see them and I'm like "OH GOD NO THANK YOU!"
T-Rex: That's what I'm like! I'm like that thing I just said!
T-Rex: It's the creeping blandness of them, the favourite phrasings done to death. I hate it! If someone can't be bothered to write something why should I bother to read it?
Dromiceiomimus: How can you tell you're reading an AI story though?
T-Rex: That's the thing - I can't! I can GUESS - and I can certainly identify a new genre of ultrabland slop that's popular now - but it's ALWAYS just that: a guess!
Utahraptor: So in conclusion, there's a new style of storytelling that may or may not be AI, and you hate it.
T-Rex: SO IT SEEMS.
T-Rex: It's made me a much less patient reader. I used to think "haha this is horrible, imagine the person that wrote this!" but now all I just get annoyed at someone using software to waste my time. So I do less reading, and I'm suspicious of EVERYTHING! This is how I have to live my life now, and I hate it!!
Off panel: Am I the asshole? My friend says my stories are "probably AI generated" and "not worth reading" and says he "hates to see them" because they "use quotations randomly". But I think he's being "unfair".
T-Rex: YES!
T-Rex: DUDE, THE ANSWER TO YOUR INITIAL QUESTION IS YES
