T-Rex: Music has been around for as long as we have.
T-Rex: And yet, we're STILL inventing new genres??
T-Rex: As near as I can tell, there is no reason why big-wigged Regency England types couldn't have invented punk or rock or lofi beachwave - but they DIDN'T, they just sat around with their SAME OLD GENRES and left all the invention to us? Seems like a pretty big oversight, but hey, they're all dead now so I guess they paid the ULTIMATE PRICE for their musical laziness??
Utahraptor: T-Rex, you grew up with MIDI files, yes?
T-Rex: Sure did! CANYON.MID FOR LIFE BAYBEE!
Utahraptor: So how come YOU never invented the Black Midi genre, where THOUSANDS of notes are crammed into each second, creating music impossible for a living being to play and achievable only by computers? COULD IT BE THAT SEEING BEYOND THE REAL INTO THE POSSIBLE IS HARD??
T-Rex: Nah, it's just because my parents didn't get me a good enough computer, otherwise I totally would've done it.
Off panel: Oh.
T-Rex: Yeah, I'm basically Mozart but like if he never tried very hard at music AT ALL
