T-Rex: - that was your time to say it, okay, moving on - say what you will about Elon Musk, but by renaming "Twitter" to "X", he's made it SUPER EASY for writers of period pieces to make it clear that events are taking place between July 2006 and July 2023!

Utahraptor: Oh dang, that's true!
T-Rex: Right??

Utahraptor: I bet if I was writing a story that took place in March 2023 and for sure NOT in August 2023, I would be so pleased. I'd have characters refer to Twitter as "that website that's always been named Twitter, or twttr initially" and people would say "oh heck we are NOT in July 2023 or later right now!!"

Off panel: ...Though of course I suppose you could just say "DATE: MARCH 2023" and accomplish the same thing.
T-Rex: But who's SAYING that, Utahraptor? Some sort of, what, omniscient third person narrator??
