T-Rex: It's possible - even PROBABLE - that free will is an illusion and we're all behaving deterministically, just as pure water always freezes at zero degrees at standard pressure!
Off panel: WATER DOESN'T NECESSARILY FREEZE AT ZERO!
T-Rex: Sure it does! Hold on Dromiceiomimus, I'll come closer so you don't have shout!
Dromiceiomimus: Thanks! Anyway, as I was saying, you can have supercooled water, which is water far below its freezing point but still liquid. It'll stay liquid until you shake it, at which point it'll become ice super fast.
T-Rex: HUH. Didn't know that.
Dromiceiomimus: Yep! It's neat!
Utahraptor: Looks like you need to know science if you want make good philosophy metaphors!
T-Rex: APPARENTLY?
T-Rex: Apparently education is an intrinsic good and helps you simply by having it?? Apparently the more you know the better equipped you are simply to move throughout the world?? Apparently time spent bettering myself proves its value in unexpected ways and is never wasted??
