T-Rex: Plants: So Boring. An Opinion by me, T-Rex.
T-Rex: Plants are the plant equivalent of a boring snail that died, THE END.
Dromiceiomimus: Dude, trees are metal as friggin' giant robots MADE OF LITERAL METAL. You know plants didn't evolve photosynthesis, right? They stole it via BODY MODIFICATION. Microscopic blue-green algae evolved the trait, so plant life just straight-up ENGULFED them. Sucked up the algae into their own cells, absorbed their abilities, and BOOM: photosynthesis plants. The chloroplast in plant cells today is a deformed, degraded remnant of that bacteria.
T-Rex: That's KINDA metal, I guess.
Utahraptor: "Kinda"??
Utahraptor: Dude, the solar energy captured by plants? Over 130 TERAWATTS. That's six times larger than the power consumed by OUR ENTIRE CIVILIZATION.
T-Rex: I mean, I GUESS that's kinda metal, but I dunno. Could this be put into a more relatable analogy somehow??
Off panel: Plants capture enough energy EVERY SECOND to fuel over ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND 1.21 GIGAWATTS TRIPS THROUGH TIME HERSELF.
T-Rex: AHHHHH
T-Rex: PLANTS ARE METAL AS FRIIIIIG!!
