Utahraptor: If you never slept and then slept, you'd be like "excuse me, WHAT?!" If you never sneezed and then sneezed you'd be like "excuse me, WHAT?!" Something that's never happened before can make people feel real unsettled and strange, even if it's something that - to us - is relatively mundane.
