T-Rex: Batman is a vigilante.
T-Rex: He fights crime!
T-Rex: But Batman also has to decide what TYPE of crime he wants to fight. He clearly prioritizes street crime, but not ALL street crime. I don't believe he enforces parking bylaws, for example.
Dromiceiomimus: But he also goes after white-collar crime, especially if it affects the lives of innocents!
Utahraptor: And if you're driving recklessly and endangering others, I'm pretty sure he'll stop you too.
T-Rex: Huh!
T-Rex: Is the element of commonality that there's a victim? Is that why Batman doesn't enforce parking rules?
Utahraptor: But surely those rich enough to ignore fines and park wherever they please are victimizing society as a whole? Are a million tiny victims not enough for Batman?
T-Rex: This is why I'm not a superhero. You just want to help the world, but then you're examining the very concept of victimhood to tease apart what we owe each other in society!
Off panel: It must be fun to explore that through punches though.
T-Rex: Oh, no doubt, no doubt in my mind
