anyway yeah that's basically what they do at the international tennis federation internal adjudication panel; looks like they can hand out suspensions and whatnot. seems to me you wanna stay on their good side but i don't believe they have any authority off the courts. honestly though i haven't clicked around enough to answer that for certain
