T-Rex: Let's consider a hypothetical universe, in which everything is normal one day...
T-Rex: ...but the next day the universe and everything in it starts to shrink!!
T-Rex: Since everything is shrinking at the same rate, even atoms, this change is completely undetectable from inside the universe! Wow, what a crazy universe, huh?
T-Rex: Good thing it's just a story I'm telling you, huh?
T-Rex: ...
T-Rex: Well HOLD ON TO YOUR BALLS BECAUSE WHAT IF I TOLD YOU THIS WAS OUR UNIVERSE??
Utahraptor: It's not!
T-Rex: What? It could be!!
Utahraptor: Nope! Even if you're somehow shrinking atoms, physical laws don't change and light speed is still a constant. As we got smaller we'd notice light "speeding up", as it'd cover more ground in the same amount of time!
T-Rex: Well, shoot.
T-Rex: Everyone put your balls away; we'll not be tripping on them today. THANKS UTAHRAPTOR.
Off panel: You're welcome! Also, that rhymed.
T-Rex: I KNOW, IT'S CALLED "GETTING LUCKY WITH ENGLISH SOMETIMES"
