T-Rex: Imagine an alien race that poops their pants all the time! They walk around and everything would be fine and then BAM: poopy pants.
T-Rex: "Shucks but I wish we'd invented bathrooms!" they'd say!
T-Rex: "Or at the very least, I wish I wouldn't poop my pants when I saw something that reminded me of pooping my pants." This is us with feelings! We see something super sad and then BAM: sad for the rest of the day. Or maybe you just REMEMBER something sad and BAM: your good mood is gone! Sometimes you poop your pants (i.e.: feel sad) and don't even know why!! Is that really any way to live?

T-Rex: All I'm saying is this: wouldn't it be great if we had a feelings washroom, where we could attend to our emotions for a couple of minutes and then COMPLETELY FORGET ABOUT THEM AND GET ON WITH OUR LIVES? The answer: oh gosh yes.
