T-Rex: Normally when you invent a language, everyone's all "cool language, but you'll need to get millions of people speaking it before I care". But cryptolects avoid that entirely!!
T-Rex: That objection is null and void when the whole PURPOSE is to make it exclusive. It turns your greatest weakness into a strength!

Utahraptor: Why not just learn an existing language that's super unpopular where you are? Same effect, way less work!

Utahraptor: PLUS, if we choose an endangered language, we're participating in the intrinsic good of preserving languages, AND it'd expose us to ideas and cultures outside our own. It'd still be inscrutable to 99.9% of the normie English speakers we'll ever meet!
