| that recent regrets are the only ones you can click on to say if you regret it or not whereas the top, bottom and most voted sections take you to the results MAYBE I REGRET ONE OF THOSE REGRETS TOO | REGRET INDEX: 0.83a regret index of 1 is ultimate regret this result collects the hard-earned experience of 307 lifetimes of regret permalink to this result commentsRyan: This is easy enough to change, but I wish I could remember why I had it the other way in the first place! Ben: I guess so you could see how many people have voted or to leave a comment without voting? Ben: also I think it is good for the recently commented regrets Ryan: Maybe I was concerned that people would upvote the bottom ones and downvote the top ones, but that doesn't seem like that much of a concern. Ryan: It does preserve the fact that you don't know how others have voted before you vote! So - that's somethin' Ben: but that is just my opinion (which I maybe regret just a little now) Ben: but I can see how others voted and to more detail, 2 more decimal places even before I click on it Ryan: Yeah, but you're not taken to a voting page right after being exposed to that information: you're brought to the results instead! Bman: wow... longest regret... Ben: Ah, yes I see your point! Which just leaves the voting to random chance, which I guess is kind of the point, only exception for new regrets which allows them a bit of special status for the short time that they are new. I'm cool with that if I really ... Ben: want to vote I could always change the magical URL ChuckV: At the bottom of the "Recent Regrets" list, there is a "show all X regrets" button, just click on that and you can vote on any of the regrets. James: OR, you could search for key words in the regret and then vote on it. I kind of regret giving away this secret. Document: Or you could just copy the URL and replace the word "result" with "askme". hbsdbtgiy: USA
