matt: It's probably something that you can get for free without their help, and they make money by selling your information to credit companies.

matt: Must have been from the "show all XXXX regrets" at the bottom of the list, which is apparently only updated intermittently
a witty username: I always figured it was because of deleted regrets.
Kento: They give you free access for a week or something, then they start charging you but they don't really tell you that they're doing that. That's why it's considered a scam.
