matt: You could reuse it, I think. I would use steaks, then just pick them up and rinse them off. I don't know, I don't care about dirt and germs.
agent57: Thiry second rule? We seem not to realise how much can be rinsed off. Also, you're gonna cook it anyway.
Anonymous: But then you'd have to handle raw meat. Maybe cook it to medium-well, then throw it, then finish it? (note: I don't cook)
agent57: I handle raw meat all the time! It's really less dangerous than it's made out to be. And if it's a stake, you're likely enough to be eating it medium or rare.
Anonymous: In that case, go for it I guess.
agent57: Okay, if it's a stake, you're not likely to be eating it at all. =_=
matt: Anonymous, somebody has to handle raw meat at some point, and then you just wash your hands afterward anyway.
Anonymous: Just because someone has to do it doesn't make it fun.
