How much can you expect to regret ?

recent regrets

having actual thoughts like "no tv and no beer make Homer something something"
the vagabond who's rapping at your door, if there's a problem, yo, he'll solve it
the death of Eduardo Galeano
it is within your gift
you can do this
only discussion, as opposed to argument or pleading, can change their minds
many people, even those close to you, may not realise that you have a problem, or may not feel qualified to involve themselves, or conversely feel that they have all the answers to your problems without any real understanding of what they are
though it is cliched to say it, physical activity can be a very good aid to improving mood and underlying state of mind
attempting to compare your life or career holistically to others is irrational and counter productive, though it feels intuitive and we all do it
this can only come about through a positive and deliberate reasoning process, comparing your achievements fairly to those of others
you must reach a point where you become unwilling to dismiss or belittle your own achievements
achievement in any field can improve your state of mind and self image
you may also want to set yourself goals and targets for physical achievements, but it is important not to be too hard on yourself for missing goals, as this can and will happen to anyone
a good start is discussion with your doctor about the problem and your options
this may occasionally involve yelling about fudge
the best thing most people can do, even if they would benefit from medication, is talk through their problems
it is important to remember that you are neither undergoing a process that nobody else could understand or suffering alone, in the sense that there are people who you can talk to even just to talk through the day to day problems
being unhappy or even clinically depressed is far from unusual
having troubling thoughts is a fairly normal thing to do
I have no advice to offer, but I can try and anagram something for you, if you'd like
