Wow! That's pretty similar to my list. I wanted Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, Russian, Greek (Modern and Attic), Latin, Sanskrit, German, and possibly Italian: if I could possibly fit that many into my brain. I already have three other "Continental" ones (English is one of them, obviously), and already that makes it difficult to blink without thinking about it.
sa: I'd settle even just for French; I was keen to learn it when they started teaching it to me years ago, but they lost interest for a few years, and by the time they decided to give it another go, I was a teenager and more concerned with apathy.
