T-Rex: They are what allow us to get along with others, and are the foundation of society! T-Rex: With the invention of the "internet" and "email" and "instant messaging software", people are more social than ever - and this increased chance for communication leads to better social skills! Hooray!
Utahraptor: Ah, but this electronic communication can take away from face-to-face interaction! T-Rex: Doesn't matter!
Utahraptor: Actually, it does - because they're not the same thing! Online, if you don't like someone, you can ignore them easily and completely. But in real life, you have to talk to people you disagree with or dislike all the time! I'm worried the skills for dealing with such people will become ATROPHIED.
